Had shoulder problem post fracture of elbow attended many hospital physio visits of which I made no progress I booked an appointment with Nicola to have a massage after one massage there was a massive improvement I was able to move my arm / shoulder more freely and not be in as much pain would highly recommend her she put me at great ease the environment was clean and relaxing and smelt lovely from the oils she used
