Starting with the one negative- the screaming child at the nail table was really off putting and not exactly the way I wanted to start relaxing, and couldnt relax. However, the room was peaceful and beautiful. Nicola listened to what I wanted and delivered. She gave me extra advise on how to help with situations I have. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would go again.
