I have cervical dystonia, so I suffer from muscle spasms of my neck shoulders and arms giving me muscle pain. Nikki was wonderful explaining to me the treatment for this condition massage and acupuncture. This does not cure the condition,but relieves the muscle tension and the severe headaches from constant neck tension. I hope this helps some one with a similar condition.
