Nana was amazing and took her time to talk to me first and then start threading. The threading wasn’t painful and I have had other threaders who have hurt a lot more. I have naturally uneven brows just because of the way my face is and I’ve always had uneven brows but Nana did really well at navigating this and they look a lot more similar now. I asked to go thinner but also asked Nana to do what she thinks will suit me and I LOVE my brows for once!

you raised the prices (£80 for a deep cleanse facial its a lot of money) but not the level of service. it wasnt 1 hour andi didnt get neck and shoulders massage as advertised. i dont think i ll be back again
