I was really happy with the waxing, was quick and painless. It was my first time going to the salon, I will definitely go back. Nana is really experienced and friendly.

The shellac removal was great but during the process the technician suggested cutting my cuticles as well so I agreed. She didn't mention that this would be an additional £18! I was a bit shocked when she then asked for the extra payment at the end. It would have been fine if she just let me know the additional cost when suggesting it but to not say anything about a cost felt a bit unfair.
