Never been before and booked last minute. Had alot massages before so knew what to expect. there wasn't a lot of consultation ie what I wanted, did I have any problem areas etc.
Don’t think there was a change over of blanket/towel and there was a mark of it I noticed when got changed.
Wasn’t asked about pressure and found it uncomfortable at times eventually I was able to relax and it was pleasant.
She couldn’t wait to say bye, no offer of drink after being there for 2 hours
