Horrible experience. She ordered the wrong size wax strips and apologised but carried on, I wish I had just left. It was an awful atmosphere. Awkward silence other than telling me she'd had a bad day! End result patchy with horrific bruising.

Jodie was an amazing therapist, she had so much time for my mum and answered lots of questions about her reflexology then adapted her leg massage to suit my mums needs.
Very professional throughout, the room was lovely and private too.
