Raj was lovely friendly however the room was so warm and having a young child in there too the face threading great best one ive had. The hollywood wax was a different story the wax was too hot no aftercare and has burnt my skin its left me with itching , inflamed skin which has been so uncomfortable it still hasn't cleared up I had this done two weeks ago she is a lovely person but im afraid I won't be using it again and have taken advice

Loved it! Such an amazing colour & Raj was so welcoming and lovely, she really made me feel comfortable. I’ll defo be coming back and trying other services!

Wow! I had the most wonderful facial with Raj. She talked me through, made me comfortable and is clearly highly skilled - as well as very friendly. I had the deluxe facial and my skin feels and looks fantastic. It was so relaxing - no doubt due to Raj’s clear passion for what she does. The room was an oasis of calm: just the perfect setting.
Now I’ve discovered Raj and the Serene beauty room, I’ll certainly return. Thank you!

Had my nails done by Raj, who was lovely and welcoming. She had lots of colours to choose from and she helped me choose a nice colour for my nails. Unfortunately by day 4 one of my nails had chipped half way down my nail and this needed to be repaired. Raj happily mended for me the next day free of charge. But again by the next evening the colour had lifted and that nail needed mending again! Not 100% happy with manicure that should last 2 weeks but technician is nice.
