The Swedish Massage was excellent! Was asked about the pressure regularly and the full body massage was divine! The Facial was a little disappointing compared to other facials I've had elsewhere. The products used weren't high quality and looked like from a drug store. There was no neck or head massage which is unusual for a £75 facial. Sorry wouldn't recommend the facial.

I write reviews rarely, but Serendipity in Cobham has really surprised me with their unique approach and competence. In here, each treatment is discussed in detail so that it can be individually adjusted to customer's needs, as one size doesn't fit all. Body treatment by Polina worked wonders and massage by Stephan was one of a kind and both were worth every penny. I wish Polina and her fantastic team every success in the future.

Got a couple massage treatment to celebrate my wife's birthday. The place was very clean and the treatment was fantastic. We had a really good time and it was a great birthday present for her.
