Serendipity Beauty is a bit confusing because it’s located in a wing of a domestic house, so approaching it I was convinced I had the wrong address - but once you are there and in your treatment room, all is great. Stefan is brilliant in the respect that he asked about my history i.e injuries, and what sort of massage/pressure I was expecting. I know this sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many masseuses leave this out! Brilliant massage too, sorted me right out 👍🏽
