The nail technician seemed genuine sorry that she was 20 min late and tried to make up for it. But I said I 100% needed to leave by a certain time and during gel application I couldn’t use my phone so had no idea what time it was. There was also no wall clock in the venue. I somehow was hoping Kasia was keeping track of time, but when she finished it was past that deadline and I got late to pick up my daughter which was very stressful and embarrassing. The gel manicure was rushed so didn’t last

Massage was lovely, but the atmosphere was not most relaxing. We could hear reception, people taking phone calls, general conversations and making drinks etc.
