I've never had a facial before but i was given a voucher from my daughter for a Birthday present. The whole experience from arriving and a very pleasant and friendly greeting by the young lady who was to be my therapist. I was offered coffee on arrival and we had a pleasant friendly chat which put me at ease. To say she was thorough with my facial is an understatement. She was so caring and very experienced.
