Staff wa very welcoming ans polite... Place was clean and music was nice, calming, not too much. Massage waa very good. I used Groupon voucher but would definitely pay full price.

Serena beauty and spa is a relaxing and welcoming beauty shop, as soon as I came down the stairs I felt comfortable and Goi is a lovely welcoming friendly face, she is great at what she does. I've never had my eyebrows tinted before and she did them perfectly even shaped them and I didn't need to wear eyebrow pencil to fill in the gaps. My eyelash experience was even better, Goi was so gentle I didn't feel a thing and almost fell asleep! Definitely the best place I've had my eyelashes done from and helps that Goi is an easy person to talk to and the environment makes you feel at ease! I'm not based in the area but will definitely be coming back regularly.
