If I could give 0 stats I would. I have been getting eyelash extensions for three years and having relocated to London a year ago am testing out places for good extensions.
Serena is awful. The lashes looked great when they were done but immediately started falling out. I followed typical protocol, not getting wet for 48 hours...still they fell out. One week later and none still remain, but I have clumpy glue around my lashline...and I have a huge event where I am publicly representing my company.
I got lashes in early May and they only just fell out, so this is really just poor skill. I will never go back, which is bad for them as I live locally and would've been a loyal customer.
