Lovely room. Need to be able to get down a winding staircase to the basement. Ambience was good with the lighting and music. Practitioner seemed to know what she was doing. I left feeling good.

The ladies at Serena were great - I was in a hurry, so one of them took my Shellac off while I waited, and then the lady who gave my manicure used 2 driers to speed things up!
The Shellac itself is perfect - so neat and sharp and completely flawless - I highly recommend visiting the spa!
