First visit to Serena, and I can only say good things! I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed from the start. Waxing is never a pleasant experience but this was the best one I've had. The beauty therapist, sorry I forgot her name, knew I was nervous but she put me at ease. And she did a great job, didn't rush. Definitely recommend to anyone! Especially to those who are a little nervous about waxing.
