My appointment was 25 minutes late which I feel that's wholly unacceptable! The room was cold due to the floor fan blowing out cold air and when I asked the masseuse if she could switch it off as I was cold, she just moved it further down the bed. The massage itself was fine but I'm uncertain as to how it qualifies as an aromatherapy massage as no scented oils were used whatsoever.

Excellent massage that left me feeling so much better; I’ve been having awful headaches, and Nicky really worked on my neck, shoulders and head, and it has made the world of difference. Highly recommended!
