the massage was actually really good and massuer was polite, professional and kind. It really should be empathized that I went through nearly 3 hours over course of 2 days, to to book an appointment for myself. my original appointment was not even at the right salon and the massuer was not there! So I couldn't have the app this salon- is called the laser clinic group in hanwell. The staff at laser clinic were atleast very understanding about the massuer not being there....but still just really silly for that to happen-
but this salon that I ended up going to- Serena is nice & I'm glad I did:)
the spa is nice but the stairs down to the spa is quite dangerous - another rail on the opposite side, needs to be palaced.
Also proper handwash needs to be in the spa.
I think a Swedish massage shouldn't be where the massuer initially does the massage in Thai style some people don't like that,I explained and the massuer at Serena spa was fine with it, Thank God!
she didn't take offence and she actually did a good Swedish massage then.
***My only downside to this good experience is that- my treatment was cut a minute short , then another minute or less when the massuer had to get the towels and wash hands to proceed on to massaging the head-on which is good I guess. Atkeast they have a clean salon and are aware of hygeine Thank God.
I'm just saying that it should of been an entire 60 minutes instead of 2 minutes or so less but it's fine because ...the actual massuer knew what she was doing, and was very kind and funny. Thanks Serena spa!
look forward to hopefully going again, hopefully they don't mind my little suggestions:)
