This spa place was over-booked due to being on too many platforms. As a result there were challenges to vacate a room timely for my treatment. They did not communicate well or managed my expectation on waiting time. Eventually they organized a room and the treatment went well. But I hope not to be disappointed again for such reason.

Whole treatment was very rushed with poor technique. There was no consultation at the start (as is typical with an aromatherapy massage), and I had to ask halfway through what type of massage it was as it was not calming or relaxing. Disappointing as I had received a very good pedicure here the week before.
