Overall the massage was good. However, the room was slightly cold and my masseuse's hands were even colder at the start. Furthermore, and very concerningly she didn't wear any face coverings or shields. I had mine pulled down by my chin when lying face down and pulled it up over my nose and mouth when lying face up (even with a towel covering my eyes). Given our close proximity, I found the absence of her mask extremely disconcerting, especially when she was standing over my face.
