I got gel polish pedicure done on Friday evening, it’s now Monday afternoon and one of the gel it’s completely gone on one of the toenails. I would only assume it might be due to improper application as haven’t been doing anything extreme

Massage was good and really helped with my stiff muscles. However, I could hear a lot of noises coming from outside of the massage room which made my experience a bit less relaxing that I would’ve liked.

Lovely Thai aromatherapy massage. Have had other therapists at Serena and everyone has always done a great job. Dao took her time on areas that really needed it and there was consistency in pressure throughout despite being 2hrs! Will be back 🙌🏽
