Basement, no air ventilation, no natural light, just a lamp.toilet smell. Waxing was horrible, very bad, got home with patches of hair on my legs and pubic area. The hair has been broken, and there are no waxing skills. I am really sad to write this, but I paid £160 for nothing to pass this horrible experience. I have trusted these reviews on your website. She calls herself Sam Gonzalez, but she is indian. I am not sure if she is the therapist she said she is.
