I had a great experience with Ella. She instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed despite it being my first Hollywood wax and she maintained that atmosphere throughout. Very professional and skilled. Such a lovely person and despite it not being the most enjoyable treatment it was made all the more better by the extreme professionalism and fantastic client care shown at Sephora.

As my nails weren’t in the best condition, I discussed my options with Ella and she recommended a nail strengthening treatment this time to get them in good condition. They now look great, nicely shaped and glossy from the products used. They’ll be in perfect condition for my holiday in a few weeks!
