Usually when I have a wax, the therapist will ask if I’m happy with the area completed before they move on. In this case, it didn’t happen and I had to ask on 2 occasions to take more off. At the end, I wasn’t asked if I was happy with it before they finished. Once they’d left, I checked and there were some areas missed, but it was too late as she’d left the room. Which meant I then had to tweeze myself when I got home. I was also uneven so had to correct this myself.
