Waxing resulted in patch of marks/bruising due to tearing away from skin. I received an apology, but only after I had pointed it out. Described by the therapist as something that ‘often’ happens. I know this is not the case, because I’ve received this wax treatment elsewhere over 15 years without problem. Small discount received as a result, but doesn’t compensate. Also when I got home I noticed an area of skin had been completely missed. Not good enough. Sadly, will not return or recommend.
