Sephora is a lovely family run place which is always friendly & welcoming & beautifully decorated. I have been going there for 17 years & the treatments are regularly updated & improved but this does not affect the services they provide to you as an individual. It’s like meeting up with old friends every month. Fiona is a lovely therapist who is always encouraging & helpful to an indecisive person like me. She is patient & caring & very good at her job. It’s always a pleasure every time I go.

This is the only place I would go for a wax! I live in the centre of York and still drive out to Haxby because there is no better service than that at Sophora. The wax is so much more comfortable and always a great job and all the staff are friendly too.
