Downstairs area for waxing was devoid of any ambiance. Beautician barely spoke even when I tried to chat (a distraction is always helpful!). Wax itself was good. Another employee advised me that my hair was in bad condition when I walked in - maybe so, but I wasn't there to get my hair done!
