I have been coming to this salon for the last 5 months. I originally came in for a pedicure but have since chosen the venue for my bridal hair and makeup, haircut and their fabulous facials. It's all down to the owner and her team.
Eman has wonderful healing hands and now I won't go to anyone else for my facials, she's very knowledgeable, gives good skincare advice and really knows her stuff. I was impressed with her friendly, warm attitude and the efficency of her treatments - which had clear results for my skin.
She also has a really friendly team who help create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
It's clear that the salon has a loyal and satisfied client base from the regulars I see - and I'm very happy to be one of them.

Not the best Brazilian wax I've had before.... The wax wasn't hot enough so the therapist was picking it off rather than pulling it off in on motion, which was quite painful and they did not remove any of my in-growing hairs. I also was asked to pay £10 because she used a different wax to what I booked for. However the therapist was very friendly and she did try to do her best to ensure I was comfy and that I was satisfied with the result. Nevertheless I don't think I will be returning there again.

It was a lovely place with lovely welcoming staff. However I was called to come 10 minutes later than my appointment time and then when I didn't arrive at my booked time, I was called to find out where I was! When I asked for a french polish she informed me I had to pay another £8 for that (so £20 in total) which I think is steep for a french polish (which chipped within a day). It was OK however she painted over the white tips with pink and they stayed pink. Wasn't to my liking but she was lovely none the less.
