Victor is fantastic. He is super experienced and knowledgeable about hair and understands the differences between types of curls and waves - not many people do! He did a beyond perfect job for me for my black tie event on Wednesday morning and my hair is still looking perfect. I am exceptionally fussy and came to him to correct a terrible job done by someone else. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY NIGHT!
