I would tell my friends that the staff were very nice, that the place itself was very pleasant ...nice ambience etc and that it was very clean. The access up the stairs in the hotel was decidedly in need of a good clean and in fact this was being done when I left ...but it was 4pm !
However I was expecting my treatment to last for 90 minutes and I was in and out in an hour. Manicure was adequate but I still have some 'dead' skin around my nails which I did ask to be removed and the nail shape was not really defined and I came home a filed some parts again. The foot treatment was no more than a leg and foot massage and I did not feel that there had been any benefit.
Lovely salon, loved the HD Brows, Angela talked me through the process and I felt like she really paid attention to how I wanted my eyebrows to look. Very relaxing, friendly atmosphere.
Very calming environment relaxing and everything you want the staff are very friendly , the room is clean and I like the location even though I have to drive a bit I prefer this spa than any other local ones I have been too
Wonderful very personal feels like the staff know what they are doing, was very knowledgeable about the treatments and best course of action for me
