I booked a late notice appointment with Izzy as I was really tense and had also hurt my knee laying flooring.
She listened to what I needed and focussed on those areas, while making sure not to neglect the rest of me!
The pressure applied was perfect and I left feeling completely relaxed and my knee pain was all but gone!
Izzy is a kind, friendly and professional therapist and I couldn’t recommend her enough!
