The experience in the spa was perfect from the beginning till the end superb facility and the staff was amazing although a little too dark for me and the choice of the massage was a little unclear as we only decided as the massage was about to start.
As soon as we moved to the mirror room for afternoon tea it was a completely different story the service was extremely slow and disorganised I advised well in advance that my partner has a milk and strawberry allergy so that they could arrange for her the pastry and sones but what she had ware 3 cakes and a fruit plate with strawberrys without any scones and both of the sandwiches selection ware stone cold with dry bread.
it was top service fron entering the venue untill i left the place. will def go back!
