I found it very important to explain clearly to the therapist what I needed and what my treatment goals were. The therapist listened carefully and tailored the lymphatic drainage massage exactly to my needs. This made the session extremely effective and reassuring. I noticed reduced swelling, less heaviness, and an overall improvement in comfort. I highly recommend open communication, as it really enhances the results of the treatment.
