It's been a few days since my deep tissue shoulders and back massage I booked specifically for a shoulder muscle alignment out of whack due to sitting awkwardly for 3 days at a work event.
I feel renewed as I'm sleeping through the night and my shoulder feels back to normal.

Louis has created a wonderful treatment haven in his back yard.
Louis as a therapist listened to why I was seeing him and adjusted the treatment to deep tissue for the shoulders and neck and Thai Yoga for some other areas.
The tension has been relieved from my shoulders and neck and look forward to booking my next session soon.
