Louis is a professional, authentic Thai Yoga Massage practitioner and teacher. He also practices Thai Yoga Foot Massage and Thai Chair Massage. He's highly skilled with a confident, relaxed approach that puts his clients at ease. Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art that has helped heal and nurture for thousands of years. It is both preventive and therapeutic - combining acupressure with deep, yoga like stretches. It helps maintain the immune system, prevents illness, reduces stress and anxiety and aids the cleansing of the lymphatic system. The stretches keep the body supple and flexible - in fact the practice is sometimes called ‘yoga for lazy people'. The massage takes place on a mat and lasts between 1 - 2 hours, no oils are used and the receiver always remains fully clothed. It can bring balance and harmony to your whole being with a deep meditative quality and as the recipient of a treatment you don't have to do anything - just lie back, relax and enjoy. Louis is a fully qualified practitioner having trained for over 500 hours at the world famous ITM Thai Massage School in Chang Mai, Thailand and Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is also a Professional Member of The Complimentary Therapists Association. He's passionate about giving individual, bespoke treatments that satisfy his clients needs.
