It was fantastic. My old gels had fallen off before the appointment so an offer of a refund was made straight away. The experience was amazing (I think I nodded off for a bit!). It made me relaxed for the rest of the day .

Very disappointed. Extremely painful (for someone who has regularly been waxed for years) and not made to feel comfortable during experience.

Very happy with my treatments, very efficient and professional, in a pleasant and comfortable environment. Rooms are a little small but fit for purpose. Happy to book again.
