I had the best experience! Charmaine got into all the right places, I’ve not felt a massage work like that before. Instantly after I felt amazing. A few days later and my body feels so much better, no more back pain or tension. I will definitely be booking again for next month!

First time having Reiki & loved it. Found it very relaxing & grounding. I tuned into my body & how I was feeling. Charmaine my therapist was fantastic explaining the treatment, talking me through her findings & tips for post treatment too. I will definitely be having more sessions & treatments here.
