Please can you issue me a refund for £25 as I turned up for a blow dry appointment and didn't get one due to no staff being made available

The quality of my ladies wax was very good and the staff paid attention to detail. The staff are friendly and accommodating, thank you. I return each month for treatment.

Going at the end of her shift was such a big mistake. She cannot be honest and convinced the client that the client herself has health issues for “eyebrow hair loss”, when in return you could see the hair follicles cut. She told the client to apply castor oil and eat properly. Plus, she even asked for full payment. She didn’t bat an eye while threading (waxing and plucking) and was in such a hurry. Please do not book appointments by 5:30. Horrible service!
