Oksana was amazing, some of the other staff seemed a little stressed and unfriendly however. Nail art was amazing standard, thank you to Oksana for that! It seemed a little unorganised as my sister had to wait longer than her appointment and I noticed other people did also, it was the first day re-opening however so no hard feelings and still a great start to post lockdown!
