The facial was very nice and I enjoyed it. However for the price that I paid I was expecting something a bit more special. My beautician was also very nice. I would have liked if she had also told me a bit about the products that she was applying.

I booked LVL (which I had before) and I was quite disappointed with the result (people were lovely as always) but something didn’t work this time. The manager/owner I assumed contacted me and offered me to come back to get it done again. I came back today 04/06 (they were extremely understanding as I don’t live in London and it was a bit tricky for me to find a day.. and I am SO PLEASED, Honorine (hopefully I didn’t misspelled) was LOVELY and did and amazing job, I can already tell. Thank you!:)
