Whilst I was waiting I didn’t get offered a hot drink but other people that were waiting did, that was slightly annoying.

booked a shellac manicure with my friend and there was a mix up with her appointment due to the salon's error - this left a sour taste. I had my manicure which was done well, would just appreciate better customer service
