Overall lovely nail treatments and would return. I always look out for sterilisation of tools and I felt safe with their great cleanliness and sanitation. Therapist was brilliant and I didn’t feel like the jobs were rushed even though I think she used more time than she should (secretly grateful). The staff were generally quite attentive. All nails were done well.
I did expect more of a hand massage with the luxury manicure but it was merely a quick smear of lotion and a few rubs to get the lotion almost absorbed, definitely wouldn’t call it a massage. Receptionist was on her phone a lot and interactions can sometimes come across patronising which wasn’t very professional.
