I didn’t have the best experience here. I felt like my clinician was hugely put out by me just being there. She barely spoke a word to me, didn’t make me feel welcome or comfortable, avoided all eye contact, and the treatment actually hurt at times, not that she cared. I’ve never had this with a file and polish. Finally, the shellac on one of the toes chipped after 24 hours. I don’t want to call her out directly, and am hoping I just caught her on a bad day. And what I would say is a woman reviving treatment near me had a lovely lady, and the receptionist was also very kind.
