The staff weren’t particularly welcoming. They were having their own conversations and it felt quite awkward. My therapist left me for about 20 minutes while she went outside, presumably to smoke.

Great service as usual, really professional and high quality. The manicure was well done although didn't last as long as previous ones.

Really great pedicure! My feet have been left super soft. Manicure great too. Polish application for both is incredibly neat. Love this place.
