Diana is great at her job and she makes sure waxing is as painless as possible. However every time I’ve had to deal with Ksenia (the receptionist), I’ve been very disappointed as she’s usually quite rude and looks for ways to force clients to pay more than what the service costs. Ksenia doesn’t put the customers first and it’s because of her that I’ve decided I’m not going back to this salon. It’s a shame though because the therapists are actually great.
