where to start...I was met by a cold reception, brought into a roasting hot room. The woman doing the wax was awful, her technique was so bad that she was tugging at my skin & it was painful. she ripped off the top layer of skin on my eyebrows, got wax on my jeans and my hair. it was like it was the first time she'd ever done it?! not what i expected, after already paying £25. I wont be returning.

Gel Manicure super thorough thank you! Waxing was relatively pain free, but would have appreciated a bit more friendliness and care with intimate waxing
