I had a different lady to the ones I have usually experienced. The wax was done in record time but it definitely hurt more than usual.

I had shellac removed from my fingernails, my nails felt and looked good after. My therapist wasn’t talkative but the treatment was quick so didn’t really bother me. I liked plastic nail clips were used instead of foil whilst my nails were soaking (better for the environment) however after my use they were just sprayed lightly and put back in the bowl, I feel they should have been properly cleaned after every treatment. I would return for another treatment

My nail technician took really good care of my nails. My shellac had been done elsewhere and it was quite hard to get off but she was really gentle and thorough.
