The therapist was running late so wrapped up my manicure quickly, which is why the very next day the gel started to come off. I came back to fix it, the other therapist told me that’s it’s my fault because I didn’t dry the nails correctly, which is practically impossible because I have been drying my nails in the same position in the lamp for the past 10 years and this never happened. During the next 2 weeks, gel came off, damaging and breaking my nails. Will not come back to the place again.
