Always a a really great wax and staff always very good and friendly. I book a hot wax and they always strip wax and tweeze to get smaller hairs as well
The therapist was running late so wrapped up my manicure quickly, which is why the very next day the gel started to come off. I came back to fix it, the other therapist told me that’s it’s my fault because I didn’t dry the nails correctly, which is practically impossible because I have been drying my nails in the same position in the lamp for the past 10 years and this never happened. During the next 2 weeks, gel came off, damaging and breaking my nails. Will not come back to the place again.
