I booked a last minute shella shape and paint appointment. The lady carrying my treatment was pretty inexperienced and gave me two deep cuts while removing my cuticles. A colleague of hers fortunately stepped in and rescued the situation whilst working on her lunch break. The studio is clean and has great reviews but my experience was totally unacceptable and I really hope that the tools were properly disinfected...
