Unpleasant experience. I hadn’t visited this salon before and booked last minute as I was unable to make a scheduled appointment at my usual salon due to work commitments. I don’t know whether the lady who did my nails was annoyed that I had booked a late appointment or was just having a bad day, but she didn’t make eye contact with me once throughout the treatment and appeared to be rushing. At one point, I misheard her instruction to take my hand out of the UV light and she snapped at me. Nails did look nice once she was finished (shellac), but less than three days later they are peeling. Positives are that it was a nice salon, very clean, and that other members of staff were smiley and friendly, so perhaps I was just unlucky. Either way, I won’t be returning.
